Insight:
Halftime commentary is akin to in-flight entertainment. Something's better than nothing but footy fans are open to alternatives.
Idea & execution:
Viewers at home are invited to tune in to an interactive AFL halftime show broadcasted on Facebook Live and Periscope, designed to sit streamlined within their newsfeed, tapping into usual half time social media behaviours. Half time commentary is akin to in-flight entertainment. Something is better than nothing but footy fans are open to alternatives. We wanted to capture this moment and give fans the opportunity to interact with our brand.
